Director Mr. A. K. Agarwal is an energetic personality with innovative approach and dynamism. Besides, he likes to take upon challenging assignments. However, he is a graduate but still prefers attending different kinds of management and personality development programs to update himself for various domains.
However, management is itself full of ideas and innovation but despite this his attitude always remains positive. In addition, he boasts excellent knowledge of all fields of management.
He is a proficient management guru. During his youth, he planned to enter education sector. In pursuit of this vision he opened an international standard school. However, he experienced several kinds of hassles and confusions in initial phase. But now, this school is functioning smoothly. Currently, DRS International School is one of the most reputed schools across the country as well as has set new benchmarks for others.
Mr. A.K. Agarwal has earned great fame by blending modern ideas with traditional wisdom. He always suggests his employees that “The highest reward for a person's toil is not what they get for it, but they become by it. The price of greatness is responsibility. Love what you do. Do what you love.”
Mr. A.K. Agarwal has dual responsibilities in the company. Apparently, he takes full control of DRSIS and the marketing division of DRS Group. According to him, a busy man always finds time and should not shrink work attributing to lack of time. He also opines that nobody can escape the responsibility of tomorrow by evading it today.

Sanjay is an intelligent person with amazing reflex. Soon after graduation, he occupied office to help MR. A.K. Agarwal in opening the DRSIS at Hyderabad.
Due to his intelligence and innovative approach, he introduced several policies, for accounting and recovery system on national level, for generating expected revenue. In fact, he is expert in cash flow management and recovery. Credit control is just like child' play to him as he has studied deeply for advanced education on cost control and accounting systems that he implied at DRS.
On the basis of his experience, he constructed 200 million Sq.ft. of warehousing facility.
He advises staff “we all have dreams. But in order to make dreams into reality, it takes an awful lot of determination, dedication, self-discipline and effort. Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments towards organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.”
